mango flavour basundi

Get together

1 litre milk
250 gm sugar
20 pieces of mango

Put together

Boil the milk until it reduces to half the volume.
Add sugar and boil for some more time.
Remove from flame and let it cool - basundi is ready!
Blend half of the mangoes and chop the rest into small pieces.
Add the pureed and chopped mango to the basundi.
Refrigerate the strawberry basundi and garnish with chopped rose petals while serving.
Please note: Basundi should be completely cooled before adding mango.

fry pasta

Get Together
Macroni or any pasta of your choice
1 Chopped tomato
1/2 cup Corn
5 Mushrooms
One cup baked beans
Grated Cheese (Optional)

Put Together
Follow the instructions on the back of the pasta packet for boiling the pasta.
Chop the tomatoes and mushrooms (boil them in water prior to use), take the help of an adult while using the knife. Also boil the corn seprately.
Heat butter in a vessle and add the mushrooms, tomatoes and corn. Take help of an adult while using gas.
Drain the pasta and add it to the vessel.
Mix the pasta, fried veggies and beans.
Garnish your yummy tummy meal with lots of cheese and Enjoy!

toast corn


41 table spoon butter, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup white flour, Small bowl shredded cheese, capsicum/tomato, onion, boiled corn, salt and pepper as per taste, 2 slices of toasted bread. Tomato ketchup is optional.


1. Put a vessel on slow flame and add the butter.
2. Add milk and white flour and stir till it becomes a smooth paste.
3. Add corn, onion and rest of the ingredients to it.
4. Stir well for 5 mins, top it with grated cheese and add salt and pepper as per taste. Spread the batter on the toasted bread and serve it with a BIG SMILE.

home made chocolate


Sugar         : 1 cup
Milk powder : 1 cup
Cocoa powder  : 1/4 cup
Water                : 1/2 cup

Butter                : 1 tbsp


Mix milk powder and cocoa powder and keep aside.
Mix water and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan and allow it to boil until it reaches 1 string consistency.
Remove from fire and add butter and mix well.
Now add milk powder mixture to it.
Mix everything well for few minutes..
Pour the mixture on a greased plate and allow it to cool.
Cut them into squares..

Blueberry quick muffins

Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
Blueberries – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Baking powder – 3 tbsp
Butter – ¼ cup- melted
Egg –slightly beaten – 1
Milk – 1 cup

Heat oven to 3500C. Lightly butter a muffin pan (regular size/12 muffin cups per pan) Mix 1 ¾ cup of flour with baking powder, sugar and salt. Add milk, melted butter, and egg to the flour mixture. Combine everything together with a wooden spoon until just combined, do not over mix. Now sprinkle 1/4 cup flour over berries, gently toss to coat. Add the berries to the batter, gently fold in. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups till about 3/4th full. Bake for about 18-20 minutes or till a toothpick inserted at the center of the muffins comes out clean. Keep the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Unmold, serve warm with a dollop of butter or enjoy after the muffins cool down.
Substitute blueberries with peaches, mangoes, other berries etc.

ingredients :
Potatoes,cubed 1/2 inch3 large

Lemon juice 3 teaspoons

Salt to taste

Ginger,                                                           into pcs                                     

Oil to deep fry

Onion ,chopped 1 large

Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon

Green chillies,chopped 2

Fresh coriander leaves,chopped 3 tablespoons

Add one teaspoon lemon juice and a pinch of salt to the ginger strips and keep in the refrigerator till use. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai till medium hot. Add potato pieces and deep fry till crisp and golden. Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Transfer the potatoes into a big bowl. Add onions, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, green chilies, coriander leaves and the remaining lemon juice and mix well. To serve transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, garnish with ginger strips and serve immediately.
