Ingredients
• | Refined flour (maida) | 160 grams |
• | Baking powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
• | Soda bicarbonate | 1/2 teaspoon |
• | Butter | 120 grams |
• | Condensed milk | 200 grams |
• | Vanilla essence | 1 tablespoon |
• | Glycerine | 2 tablespoons |
• | Milk | 5 tablespoons |
Preheat oven at 180°C. Grease a cake tin.
Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate into a bowl. Whisk butter in a large bowl, gradually add condensed milk and whisk to a smooth batter.
Add vanilla essence and glycerine and whisk well. Add flour mixture and milk and mix well. Pour this mixture into greased cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Transfer onto a serving plate, cool and slice. Serve at room temperature.
