EGGLESS CAKE

Ingredients
Refined flour (maida)160 grams

Baking powder1/2 teaspoon

Soda bicarbonate1/2 teaspoon

Butter120 grams

Condensed milk200 grams

Vanilla essence1 tablespoon

Glycerine2 tablespoons

Milk5 tablespoons

Method
Preheat oven at 180°C. Grease a cake tin.

Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate into a bowl. Whisk butter in a large bowl, gradually add condensed milk and whisk to a smooth batter.

Add vanilla essence and glycerine and whisk well. Add flour mixture and milk and mix well. Pour this mixture into greased cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Transfer onto a serving plate, cool and slice. Serve at room temperature.
