COCONUT SHEERA

Method:

Prepare syrup in a pan. The syrup should be hard and put in the plate should be set on the finger stretch.

Put butter in a dish to make it smooth. Now preparing Mix sugar Grated coconut mix well.

Spread butter mixture was poured into hot plate. Add finely chopped nuts over the press with the help of a spoon. Stored in airtight container when cool.

Content:

3 cup dry coconut (Grated), 2 cup sugar, ½ cup nuts (cashews, raisins, almonds), 2 cups water.
