CORN PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS:

corn kernels-4 cups
flour-1 cup
salt to taste
ginger green chilli paste-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
water-1/2 cup
poppy seeds-1 tbs

.For stuffing -

mashed cheese-1 cup
boiled and mashed peas-1/2 cup 
green pepper-1
red chilli powder-1/2 tbs
garam masala, dried mango powder and salt-1/4 tbs(each)
Tomato sauce -1tbs
tablespoon oil -1 tsp.


METHOD: 

 Grind corn kernels. The flour, ginger, green chilli paste, mix, add salt and turmeric. Prepare and cook the mixture was condensed on the lubricant plate freeze. Make it a bowl cut cake pan. Add green pepper in hot oil, then add the remaining ingredients except sauce. 2-3 minutes, remove from heat roasted. Take two pancake. Tomato sauce, poppy seeds and place one hand on the other side. Spread a teaspoon of the mixture of cheese and peas. Keep in mind, poppy seeds are above the neck. Serve cake pan lined with Tomato Sauce.
