CHANA CANOPI

ingredients:

bread slices 6
butter 2 tbs
To spice :
boiled black gram 1/2 cup
green peppers/chilli 2
ginger small pcs
cayenne pepper 1/2 tbs
black pepper 1/2tbs
garam masala 1stbs
cloves 2
salt to taste  white n black
lemon juice 1tbs 
oil 2tbs

method:
Round Cut bread slices in a bowl, then in the middle of the 3 slices cut from the lid again. Butter one side of each slice parking place. Ginger, green chili grind. Grams of red pepper, black pepper, cloves insert. Heat oil. Powdered ginger fry the pepper, then add black gram fry. Including grams mash well. Garam masala, add the salt.
