MAKAI HANDAWA

 INGREDIENTS:

grated soft corn 1 cup, 1/2 cup corn flour, 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup shelled urad smoking, 1-1 tsp ginger - green chilli paste, and red chili powder, 1/2 tsp Ino salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon salt skating gourd and taste.

FOR FRY:


 4-4 teaspoons mustard, cumin and white sesame, 4-6 curry leaves, 4 finely chopped green pepper and a little - little coriander.
METHOD:
